Living room includes: 2 sofas which can be altered into beds, so that there are 4 beds. There is also a TV set + SAT. and DVD player. The guests can enter the terrace from the living room. The terrace is situated in the garden where there is also the barbecue place.

Kitchen: high-standard kitchen is fully-equipped, there is also dining room for 8 persons. The kitchen includes cooker, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer and all the dishes.

Bathroom is fully-furnished. It includes big bath 140x140, washbasin, mirror, etc.

The nearest town which is 8 km far from the guest -house is called Ružomberok and the guests can find there a lot of other restaurants.
