Cottage

     Newly built cottage LeSi is situated on a very nice and large land area at the foot of the Western Tatras right behind the village Liptovský Ondrej, only 10 kilometres away from the district city Liptovský Mikuláš. The Cottages was built in an ancient wooden houses style, but with an aim to provide our guests with all the necessary comfort of the 21. century.
     Quiet and pleasant locality where Cottage LeSi is situated makes its added value. Its unique location is stressed also by the surrounding trees and a small stream flowing by the western side of the land area creating so a very special atmosphere. This place offers so an easy access to wherever needed as a loneliness and tranquillity of the Liptov area. Thanks to the fact that there is no other built-up area close to the Cottage visitor are not disturbed by neighbours and can enjoy the quietness.
     Cottage is an excellent place for family celebrations or holidays for two or three families. Cottage’s capacity is 10 persons. Visitors are granted access to the whole object. Cottage is reachable by car all year round and there is also a possibility to park a car right next to the cottage.

     There is an outer sitting place with fireplace in the Cottage exterior. There is also a grass place suitable for sports like football, volleyball, badminton, etc.

     Cottage is heated by electricity which is combined with the warm air heating from the fireplace. Hot water is available all year round. Owners are always waiting for their new visitors to come in the Cottage.

     In the village Liptovský Ondrej there is a grocery (500 m), a post office (600 m), a pub (550 m), a bakery (550 m) and sport playground (900 m).

Summer Winter New Year's Eve

In a case of repeated stay at our cottage, we offer a negotiable discount.
We offer 10% discount for the “Last Minute" orders (orders placed 3-4 days before the beginning of the stay).
To reserve the cottage there is a 50 € deposit to be paid in advance.
During the New Years Eve the cottage is rent only as a whole for at least 5 nights.
During the summer holidays we prefer reservations with over 5 people per night. During this period it is usual to order accommodation from Saturday to Saturday (however, we are open to negotiations).
Visitors are kindly asked to come after 3 PM on their first day of their visit and to leave the cottage before 10 AM on the last day of their stay.
We kindly ask our guests to announce the visit with their dogs in advance. Failure to do so might result in rejection of accommodation. Dogs should have their own bed. Price per dog per night is 2 €.
